The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced that the correct procedure for the registration forms of NEET-UG 2023 will be commencing next week, i.e. 14th of January, 2023. According to the reports, the schedule of the NEET Registration Form 2023 Correction procedure will tentatively begin from 14 January 2023 till January 31, 2023. Now, the appearing candidates will be able to make corrections on the application forms through the official website of NTA, i.e. nta.ac.in
The reports say that NTA will make the correction link available on its official website where applicants will get a one-time opportunity to make corrections in their application forms. NTA has sent emails to numerous aspirants who have applied for the NEET UG 2023 examination because of the variations in their uploaded passport size photograph and signature. Candidates are required to rectify the NEET Registration Form 2023 Correction before the deadline of the correction procedure in order to give the exam.
National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (UG) 2023 Admit Cards will be available on the official website of the NTA on 15th April 2023 whereas the examination will be conducted on 5th May 2023. The exam will have a time duration of three hours and will be held in offline (pen-paper) mode. The question paper will be available in various languages such as English, Hindi, Tamil, Assamese, Oriya, Kannada, Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi, Urdu, and Telugu.
The NEET-UG 2023 question paper comprises three sections for Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Every section of the question paper will contain 45 questions in it except Biology. The biology section will have two sub-sections under it - Zoology and Botany and both these sub-sections will contain 45 questions each. The curriculum of this highly competitive exam comprises of class 11th 12th syllabus of these three subjects. The question paper will consist of 180 questions of objective type and each question bearing 4 marks. For every correct answer, candidates will be given 4 marks while for each incorrect response one mark will be deducted.
NOTE: This is the very first time that NTA (the conducting body) will be conducting NEET-UG 2023 exam for undergraduate, postgraduate medical, and dental programs in government and private colleges across India. Before NTA, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) used to conduct this prestigious national-level exam.
