Application Fees 

Candidates from general category backgrounds or other states should pay Rs. 500. If the candidate hails from an MP reserved category background, he or she should pay Rs. 250. Every candidate should pay Rs. 40 as portal charges and Rs. 50 as correction charges if needed. The fees should be paid in cash at the MP Online Kiosk. They can also pay fees through a credit card, debit card, net banking, etc.

Eligibility Criteria 

Qualification 

• If you are applying for MPPSC State Forest Service SFS 2024, then you should be a graduate of a recognized university or board.
• To apply for MPPSC State Forest Service SFS 2024, you should possess a bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or any technical degree.

Age limit

• The minimum expected age of the candidate is 21 years, and the maximum age for the post is 30 years. Age relaxation is provided to candidates who belong to the reserved category. For candidates who are physically handicapped or belong to the SC, ST, or OBC caste, the age relaxation is 5 years.
• The age relaxation for candidates from countries such as Burma, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, or Vietnam is 3 years. If you are personnel from the defence forces, then 3-year relaxation is provided.

Selection Procedure

The candidates should undergo the following tests and examinations to be selected for the post:

Medical Test

The candidates should undergo the preliminary examination, and only those who pass the examination should appear for the main exam. Then, the candidates who pass the Mains test are called for an interview, a physical ability test, and a medical test.

Exam Pattern

The exam is held in offline mode, and they should complete every paper in 2 hours. They should answer 200 objective-type questions from subjects such as general studies and aptitude. Each question carries one mark, and marks are not deducted if the candidate answers it incorrectly.

Physical Standard Test

The minimum expected height in the UR, SC, and OBC categories is 163 cm for males and 150 m for females. The minimum expected height for ST candidates is 152 cm and 145 cm for female candidates. The minimum chest size for men is 74 to 84 cm, and for women, it is 74 to 79 cm. The candidate should walk for 4 hours and 25 km to test physical efficiency. This test applies to men only.
