JNU entrance exam results will be declared for all the candidates who are appearing for the exam but the candidates who qualified for the cut-off marks will be placed on the merit list the cutoff for all the courses and categories of candidates is released in PDF format by JNU after the result is out.

The cut-off marks to qualify for the JNU entrance exam will be released after NDA declared the result the cut-off marks depend on various factors like the number of qualified candidates the difficulty level of the exam and various factors like the availability of seats and much more.
JNU Entrance Exam Result 2025 is declared as a scoreboard and later cutoff marks will be released by JNU after considering the marks obtained by all the candidates. Candidates who qualify for the JNU cut-off will be placed on the merit list for admission. The merit list is released by JNU only.
To check the exam result for the JNU entrance exam the candidates will have to follow the following steps given below:
Step 1: Visit the official website of JNU i.e https://jnuee.jnu.ac.in/
Step 2: The homepage of JNU University will be displayed
Step 3: Navigate the respective course & click on it.
Step 4: Next in the login section enter your username and password.
Step 5: Click on the login button and the result will appear on the screen.
Step 6: Download it as a PDF or save it as a hard copy too for further procedure.
University will prepare a list on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in the JNU entrance exam and the merit list will be released after the announcement of the result. The candidates whose roll numbers are displayed on the merit list will be eligible for admission.

Candidates will get admission into UG & PG courses on the basis of the JNU merit list. JNU admission procedure will be started after the release of the merit list.
After the declaration of the final result, selected candidates will have to register for admission into their desired course.
The registration will begin from the 2nd week of July and based on the seat allotted it will go up till July 2025. Candidates will have to pay an admission fee to confirm their admission.
When the JNU entrance exam 2025 is declared, the candidates will be allotted seats in order of the rank they obtained as per their preferences of subjects, until all seats are occupied.
