How to Fill Out the Railway NER GKP Trade Apprentices Online Form 2025?

To apply for the RRC NER Apprentice Recruitment 2025, follow these procedures.

1. Open the North Eastern Railway's official website https://ner.indianrailways.gov.in/
2. On the homepage, click on the "Contact us/ Recruitment" option.
3. Click on the 'North Eastern Railway Act Apprentice Training Notification' Download link.
4. Review all of the information and click the 'Apply Online' button.
5. Complete all of the columns of an online registration form (Personal Details, Correspondence Address, Educational Qualification, Act Apprentice Trade in which training is required, Preference of N E Railway Units for Training, etc.).
6. Fill out the online application form with your passport-sized current color photograph, signature, and any other documents.
7. Check the completed online form and click the 'Submit Application Form' button.
8. Pay the Rs. 100/- application fee using the available options.
9. Print the Online Application form for use in the document verification process. (There is no need to send RRC a physical copy of your application.)

Selection Process

The RRC NER Apprentice Recruitment 2025 Selection Process consists of the following Stages:

Stage 1: Merit list based on 10th and ITI marks

Stage 2: Document Verification

Stage 3: Medical Examination

• The RRC Board shall choose qualified candidates for training based on a merit list generated by averaging the percentage of marks received in both Matriculation [with a minimum of 50% (aggregate) marks] and ITI examinations, with equal weightage given to both.

• Eligible applicants will be invited for Document Verification in Gorakhpur, along with a copy of their online application, a valid picture ID card, a medical certificate in the approved format, 04 passport-size photographs, and all of their original certificates and testimonials.

• The Schedule of Document Verification will be made available on the NER website.

• Following the conclusion of document verification, selected candidates will begin apprentice training at their assigned Division/ Unit.

Training & Stipend

Training will be offered in accordance with the Central Apprenticeship Council's norms and syllabus, subject to registration with RDAT/ Kanpur.

Selected candidates will be paid a stipend during their apprenticeship at the rates specified in the current instructions.
