IBPS PO Application Form 2024:

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is a self-governing organization. It is responsible to set up the selection process of personnel for various clients organization. There are a total of Various vacancies for the post of Probationary Officer / Management Trainee. Recently, the authority will be activated the link for filling the IBPS PO 2024 Application Form. The last date for submitting the IBPS PO 2024 Application Form will be 28-08-2024. Candidates are advised to complete the registration process before the deadline including three major steps i.e. Registration, Application Form Filling, and Application Fee Payment. Note that the authority will only accept online applications. The offline application form will not be accepted in any case. 

As per the official announcements, the conducting authority has been scheduled for the Pre Exam Training PET from 23-28 September 2024. Pre CBT Exam will be held on 12-13, 19-20 October 2024. The Mains Exam Date will be scheduled for 30/11/2024. The time duration of the Preliminary IBPS PO Exam 2024 will be only 90 minutes whereas the duration of the Main exam will be 3 hours.

The Preliminary Examination will comprise the objective type questions and will be conducted in online mode only. A hall ticket is an important document to appear in the exam. It comprises important information about candidates and the exam venue. After downloading the admit card, candidates can check the address of IBPS PO Exam Centre 2024. Applicants can get the admit card in October 2024.

Eligibility Criteria for IBPS Age Relaxation:

Candidates who are going to apply for the CAT 2024 should meet any of the below requirements.

  1. Required Nationality or Citizenship of a candidate must be either -
  2. should be a Citizen of India or 
  3.  should be a citizen of Bhutan or  
  4.  should be a citizen of Nepal or 
  5. should be a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or 
  6. If any Indian who migrated from any of the countries like Sri Lanka, Burma, Pakistan, Kenya, East African countries Uganda, United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanzania and Zanzibar), Zaire, Zambia, Malawi, Ethiopia, and Vietnam and settle permanently in India Intends, provided that he is from India. The candidate belonging to the above categories (2), (3), (4), and (5) shall be the person in whose favor a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.

Age (As of 01.08.2024):

Minimum: 20 years  
Maximum: 30 years i.e. A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1989 and no later than 01.08.1999 (both  dates inclusive)

  • Candidates should have a graduate degree in any stream from a University recognized by Govt. of India 
  • If any candidates have an equivalent degree as such by the Central Government.

Reservation for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities:

Under section 34 of “The Rights of Persons with  Disabilities Act, 2016”,  candidates with benchmark disabilities are eligible for Reservation. The reserved categories of disabilities mentioned under this Act are listed below:

  1. Low vision and Blindness;
  2. Hard of hearing and deaf;
  3. locomotor disability including leprosy cured, cerebral palsy, dwarfism, muscular dystrophy, and acid attack victims;
  4. autism, intellectual disability, specific learning disability, and mental illness
  5. Multiple disabilities from amongst persons under clauses (a) to (d) including deaf-blindness in the posts identified for each disability.

Steps to fill the IBPS PO Registration Form 2024:

While you are going to fill out the registration form for IBPS PO Exam 2024, you should read the guidelines/instructions carefully. Here, we are providing the complete procedure for filling the IBPS PO Registration Form 2024 for the ease of students. Check the following steps.

Important Note: Candidates are required to upload their

  • Photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm
  • Signature (CAPITAL LETTERS will NOT be accepted)
  • The left thumb impression must be properly scanned and not smudged.
  • A handwritten declaration (“I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true, and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”)

Step 1: Visit the site of IBPS @www.ibps.in and click on the Home Page to open the link “CRP PO/MT” and then click on the option “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CRP-

11PROBATIONARY  OFFICERS/ MANAGEMENT  TRAINEES (CRP-PO/MT-IX)”.

Step 2: If you are a new user then click on the “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION” and register yourself by entering the required credentials. A registration number and password will be sent to your registered number and email id. 

Step 3: Now, registered users should log in to their account by using the registration number and password to fill in the basic information in the application form. 

Step 4: In the next step, candidates will have to upload their photos and signature as per their specifications.

Step 5: Enter the required details and after that, click on “Save and  Next” and verify the entered data before the final submission. 

Step 6: Now, candidates will ask to upload the documents in specified formats.

Step 7: Pay the IBPS PO Registration Fees 2024 in an online mode and at last, click on the submit button. 

Mandatory Documents:

The following list of documents is to be produced at the time of the interview (as applicable). 

  1. Printout of the valid Interview Call Letter
  2. Valid system generated a printout of the online IBPS PO Application Form registered for CRP-PO/MT-IX
  3. Birth Certificate or any Proof of Date of Birth that is issued by the Competent Municipal Authorities or SSLC/ Std. X Certificate with DOB. 
  4. A valid Photo Identity Proof as indicated in Point G of the advertisement
  5. Graduation or equivalent qualification mark sheets or certificates etc. 
  6. The candidate has to submit the Proper document from Board / University for having declared the result on or before 28.08.2024.
  7. A candidate who belongs to SC or ST category should upload the Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format as stipulated by the Government of India.
  8. Experience certificates, if any
  9. Persons falling in categories (2), (3), (4), and (5) of Point B (I) should produce a certificate of eligibility issued by the Govt. Of India 
  10. Any other relevant documents in support of eligibility

Below mentioned items are not allowed inside the examination center:-

  1. This type of stationery items like textual material (printed or written), pen drives, log tables, electronic pens/scanners, bits of papers, calculators, scales,  geometry/pencil boxes, plastic pouches, writing pads, etc.
  2. Any communication device such as Mobile Phone, Bluetooth, Earphones, microphones, pagers, Health bands, etc.
  3. Other items such as Goggles, Handbags, Hair-pin, Hair-band, Belt, Cap, etc.
  4. All ornaments such as  Ring, Earrings, Nose-pin, Chain/Necklace, Pendants, Badge, brooch, etc. should be thoroughly checked.
  5. Any watch/Wrist Watch, Camera, etc.
  6. Any metallic item
  7. No eatable item opened or packed, water bottle, etc. 
  8. Any other object may be used for improper means such as to hide communications such as cameras, Bluetooth devices, etc.

IBPS PO Selection Process:

  1. Online Preliminary Examination: Eligible candidates will be invited for Pre-exam via sending the admit card. Only those candidates are eligible to appear in the exam who submitted their application forms successfully.
  2. Online Mains Examination: Candidates who secure the minimum cut-off in the pre-exam will be called for the main exam. 
  3. Interview: Candidates who secure the minimum cut-off in the main exam will be called for the Interview process by sending the call letter.
  4. Final Result: The Final result will be out based on the performance of candidates in IBPS PO Mains and Interview Rounds.
