Haryana HSSC PGT Application Form 2024:

Haryana Staff Selection Commission is a Statutory body. Formerly, it was recognized as the Subordinate Services Selection Board. The commission conducts several examinations to recruit the eligible candidate for Group ‘B’ and ‘D’ services.  Recently, the Haryana Commission board has invited the candidates to fill the Haryana HSSC PGT Registration Form 2024 for the post of PGT teacher. There are a total of Various posts under recruitment no. 13/2024.

Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can fill the online Haryana HSSC PGT Registration Form 2024. Before applying for the job, must ensure that they are meeting all required eligible criteria. If any discrepancy is found in your application then the authority has the right to cancel the application at a time.  

As per the official announcement, the notification has been out regarding the Haryana HSSC PGT 2024 Application Form. Aspirants can fill the Haryana HSSC PGT 2024 Registration Form on 20/08/2024. The last date to submit the online application form will be 05/09/2024. Applicants are advised to complete the whole procedure before the deadline. Once the date is over, no application will be accepted by the authority. And one more thing that only an online application will be accepted.

Eligibility Criteria for PGT Posts:

127 posts of PGT Biology:

• Candidates should have a degree in Bio-Technology/ LifeSciences/Bio-Sciences/ Biochemistry/ Genetics/Microbiology/M.Sc. Zoology/Botany/Plant Physiology/ Molecular Bio.
• They must have secured at least 50% marks to study Botany &, Zoology at Graduation Level and B.Ed.from a recognized university.

131 posts of PGT Chemistry:

• Applicants should have an M.Sc. Chemistry or Biochemistry with at least 50% of the marks and from a recognized university.

304 posts of PGT Commerce:

• Candidates should have completed the M.Com. with financial accounting/Accounting/Cost accounting as a major subject of study.
• They must secure at least 50% marks. 
• Candidates who have a B.Ed. degree from a recognized university is also eligible to apply for this job. 
• M.Com in Applied/Business Economics degree holders shall not be eligible.

1373 posts of Computer Science.

• Applicants are eligible if they have completed M.Sc Computer Science (Regular two-year course)/MCA (Regular three-year course)/ BE/B.Tech. Computer Science/Computer Engg./lT(Regular course) with 55% aggregate marks from a recognized university.

530 posts of PGT English.

• Candidates who have completed the M.A. course in English with at least 50% marks and B.Ed. from a recognized university are eligible.

35 posts of Fine Arts: -

• Candidates should have completed M.A. Fine Arts with at least 50% marks and B.Ed from a recognized university.

194 posts of PGT Hindi: -

• Applicants should have completed M.A, Hindi with at least 50% marks and B.Ed. from a recognized university.

329 posts of PGT History:-

• Applicants should have an M.A. degree in History subject with at least 50% marks and B.Ed. from a recognized university.

522 posts of PGT Mathematics: -

• Candidates should have completed M.A./M.Sc. with Mathematics subject at Graduation level with a minimum of 50% marks and B.Ed. from a reputed university.

35 posts of PGT Music:-

• Applicants should have M.A. in Music with at least 50% marks and B.Ed from a recognized university.4

Haryana HSSC PGT Exam Pattern:

In the HSSC PGT written Exam, questions will be asked on the following topics. The question paper comprises 90 marks.

1. a) 75% weight, the age for Maths, Reasoning, General Awareness, Computer, English, Science, Hindi, and concerned or relevant subject, as applicable.
2. b) 25% weíghtage for Literature, Civics, Geography, History, Current Affairs, Environment, Culture, etc. of Haryana.

The 10% marks for socio-economic criteria and experience shall be allocated as follows:

if neither the candidate nor any person from among the applicant's family viz brother, father, mother, spouse, and Son is, was or has been a regular employee in any Commission/Company/ Departmental Board Corporation/StatutoryBody/Authority of Government of Haryana or any other State Government or Government of India.  (5 marks)

if any applicant is:-

(i) the first or the second child and his father had died before attaining the age of 42 years: or

(ii) a widow; or 

(iii) the first or the second child of his father and he had died before the applicant had attained the age of 15 years,". (5 Marks)

If any candidate belongs to a denotified tribe (Vimukt Jatis and Tapriwas Jatis) or Nomadic tribe of the State of Haryana which is neither a Scheduled Caste nor a Backward Class. (5 marks)

Mandatory Documents:

• Scanned copy of all documents of higher qualification, experience, etc. on which basis candidate claim marks.
• Passport size Photo duly signed by the Candidate.
• Necessary Academic Qualifications and Matriculation Certificate showing Date of Birth and other relevant details.
• If you belong to SC/BCA/BCB/EWS/ESp/ESM/DESM/DFF/ PwD (Person with competent Disabilities) then attach the certificate along with the Haryana domicile certificate which is issued by the authority. 
• Proper digital signatures of the applicant.

Steps to fill the Haryana HSSC PGT Application Form:

• First, visit the official site of the HSSC. before filling out the online application, the candidate should read the instructions properly. 
• Next, reach the notification section and click on the Haryana SSC Teacher Notification 2024 link.
• If you are a new user then register yourself by providing the basic details such as the Name of the candidate, father’s name, Mobile no and Email Id, etc.  
• A system-generated Registration No. and Password will be sent on your registered mobile no. and mail id.  
• Now, log in to your account by using the registration no. and password.
• Next, you will have to enter all basic, personal, and qualification details in the application form. 
• Upload the photo, signature, and scanned documents as per the specified manners. 
• In the next step, pay the Haryana HSSC PGT Registration Fees 2024 in an online mode. 
• After verifying all the details, click on the submit button.
