ABOUT CBSE CTET EXAM:

Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is the test conducted by CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) every year. The candidates who qualify for this test can teach in central government and other specific schools under the government. Other schools can also consider the result of the test if they want. The test will be in twenty-two local languages. It will be conducted in all the major cities of India. The test date is 9th December 2026. There are two papers:

• Paper I: It is the primary stage, Candidates who want to teach from class I to V have to appear for the primary stage.
• Paper-II: It is the elementary stage, candidates who will clear this stage will be able to teach from class VI to class VIII.

CBSE CTET Admit Card 2026

The Admit Card for CBSE CTET 2026 examination that is conducted by CBSE every year, will be available to download. Admit Card, will be released on the official website. 

Steps to Download the CBSE CTET, Admit Card:

• Go to the official website
• Go to the right - bottom of the website
• Now, Go to the “important links” section
• Click on the provided link to download the admit card
• Fill in the asked details
• After filling in the required details, click on submit
• Download the admit card
• Take the printout of the admit card

Important Note:

It is mandatory to carry the printout of the admit card to the exam center.  No candidates will be allowed to enter the examination hall without an admit card. So a candidate must ensure that he has the admit card with him/her when going to take the exam.
