UPTET is a Teacher Eligibility Test that is held at State Level. This exam is administrated by the Uttar Pradesh Government for the recruitment of Primary and Post-Primary teachers in Uttar Pradesh State. UPTET Application Form 2024 will be accessible tentatively from the 2nd week of September 2024. The exam will be held at two-level i.e. Paper I and Paper-II. Paper, I will be held for recruiting the primary teachers whereas paper II is for upper primary teachers. Those applicants who will qualify for the UPTET Exam then they will be given a UPTET eligibility certificate. This certificate will be valid for 07 years from the result declaration date.

UPTET Exam Pattern 2024:

Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET 2024) written test comprises of objective type questions (MCQs). The exam is conducted in two parts that will be held in two shifts separately:

• Paper-I (Primary Level): For those candidates who want to be a teacher for I to Vth Class.
• Paper-II (Upper Primary Level):  For those candidates who want to be a teacher for VI to VIII Class.

After completing the UPTET Application Form, candidates should pay the UPTET 2024 registration fees. The Fee will be Payable Through only HDFC Payment Gateway by Candidates-

• For SC/ ST Category candidate: Rs. 300/- and,
• For UnReserved Candidates/Category: Rs. 500/-
• For PWD Candidates – No Application Fee/ Exempted
