Shortly, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will release the date sheet for the 2024 board examinations for classes 10 and 12. According to the official notification, the CBSE intends to begin board exams for all classes 10 and 12 on February 15, 2024, and to finish them on April 10, 2024. Students and parents are strongly recommended to visit the official CBSE website frequently to stay up to date on the newest developments.
The CBSE has extended the deadline for submitting registration data for classes 9 and 11 through the online platform until November 10, 2025, by the given schedule.
Previously, the deadline for reporting data without incurring late fines was October 25, 2025, with a grace period from October 26 to 29, 2025.
CBSE 10th Datesheet
The CBSE 10th Board Exam 2024 will be held from February 15 to March 13, 2024. Board exams for vocational subjects will be held between February 15 and February 18. 2024 CBSE Class 10 Registration Process
The respective school administrations handle CBSE Class 10 Registration for regular students. Eligible students must submit their information to their schools, along with the necessary money. Schools will then register their candidates on the official website by following the steps outlined below:
- Navigate to the CBSE's official website, cbse.gov.in.
- Select the Pariksha Sangam tab. A new window will appear.
- Select the 'Pre Exam Activities' tab.
- Select the 'LOC Class X and XII' option.
- To log in, enter your user ID and password.
- Fill out the application form completely and pay the application cost.

CBSE Class 12 Registration 2024 is now closed for both regular and private students.
Regular applicants have to register for the CBSE Class 12 test through their respective CBSE-accredited schools. Private candidates were required to complete and submit the CBSE Class 12 Registration Form 2024 online at cbse.gov.in.
- The CBSE Class 12 registration cost is INR 1500 for five subjects for general category students, and INR 1200 for SC/ST students.
- Students must pay an additional INR 300 for each additional topic.
- If an applicant files their application after the deadline, a late fee of INR 2000 will be applied to the normal fee.
