XIM University, formerly known as Xavier University Bhubaneshwar is a private university, located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. The institute was established in 2013 and is an extension of the Xavier Institute of Management (XIMB). The institute follows the tradition of academic excellence, ethical leadership, and social responsibility.

The university’s programs are designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and values needed to succeed in their careers and industry interactions, fostering an environment that encourages innovation and practical learning. It is the first Jesuit university in India that draws its legacy from the Xavier Institute of Management (XIIMB), which was founded in 1987. Other courses like HRM and RM are now continued by separate departments under XIM University. The university is supported by Hewlett-Packard and IBM.

Now the university is the first fully digitized university in India. The institute has received recognition from AICTE and UGC.
