Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech in Sree Vidyanikethan Engineering College (SVEC)

• The minimum eligibility to take admission in the B.Tech course offered by SVEC  are as follows:

• The candidate must possess a passing certificate of 10+2 from the institutes affiliated with the government of Andhra Pradesh or any other equivalent examination. 

• The candidate must have opted for Physics, Chemistry, and Maths as main subjects in 10+2 and must have scored passing marks in all of the three subjects.

• The candidate must appear for AP-EAMCET entrance examinations and the admissions are strictly granted on the basis of the candidate's AP-EAMCET score.

• 80% of the total seats are offered to the candidates having merit scores in EAMCET/ ICET examination, The rest of the 20% seats are allotted to the students who come through NRI or Management Quota.

 Eligibility Criteria for M.Tech in Sree Vidyanikethan Engineering College (SVEC)

• To take admission in the M.Tech course offered by SVEC, the candidate need to meet the following requirements:

• The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in the required specialization. 

• The B.Tech or B.E degree must be obtained from a recognized University.
• The admissions in M.Tech Course are offered according to the AP-PGECET merit list or GATE score.
• There are no such reservation criteria mentioned on the official website of the college for the M.Tech course, the admissions are offered on the basis of the AP-PGECET merit list or GATE merit list only.

 Eligibility Criteria for M.C.A in Sree Vidyanikethan Engineering College (SVEC)

• To get admission in the M.C.A course offered by SVEC, the candidate must have done a Bachelor’s course in any subject from a recognized University.

• SVEC grants admissions in the M.C.A course on the basis of the AP-ICET merit list. The candidate must have a merit score in the AP-ICET examination to get admission in the M.C.A course.

• 30% of the seats are reserved for the students from NRI or Management quota, the admission on 70% seats are offered on the basis of AP-ICET merit list.

 Eligibility Criteria for Diploma in Engineering (Polytechnic) course in Sree Vidyanikethan Engineering College (SVEC)

•  The SVEC offers a Diploma course in Engineering across  5 specializations and the course is available in the second shift of Polytechnic college at SVEC, to take admission in Diploma course of Engineering, the candidate is required to pass the 10th Examination and must have a 10th passing certificate from Andhra Pradesh Board. 

• The seats in the Diploma Course of Engineering are awarded on the basis of the CEEP examination score that is conducted by the Government of Andra Pradesh. 

• CEEP is a state-level Polytechnic entrance examination conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh. This exam is conducted for the students who want to pursue a Diploma course in Engineering from reputed institutions, and candidates can appear for CEEP entrance online as well as offline.

2. Follow the given instructions in the application form and fill in all the details required in the application.

3. After filling up the required details, upload the required documents such as :

• Birth certificate - Proof of nationality
• Marksheets of all the examinations (10th and 12th) 
• A valid entrance exam score card (GATE, PGCET, EAMCET, CEEP)

Please note that these documents must be scanned properly and must be uploaded in the required format (jpeg, jpg, pdf).

Sree Vidyanikethan Engineering College (SVEC) Hostel:

Sree Vidyanikethan College of Engineering provides a housing space as hostel accommodation to its students. The college has 6 blocks accommodating 100 students in each block. The college hostel/housing space has a capacity of inhabiting more than 600 students. Each block is divided into 10 to 15 dorms and each dorm can accommodate 8 to 12 students. The dorms are well maintained with proper ventilation and sanitized washrooms, an all-time power supply, and a high-speed WiFi connection. The hostel area is fully secured by 24x7 security guards and CCTV camera surveillance.

SVEC also has mess dining halls which have a capacity of 900 seats at once. The food served in the mess is tasty, hygienic, and nutritious, students can choose between vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus.
