Punjab Agricultural University, College of Agriculture Engineering & Technology:

Punjab Agriculture University was established in the year of 1962 and is situated in Punjab. Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru inaugurated the Punjab Agriculture University in 1963. The university has four integral colleges that are College of Agricultural Engineering & Technology, the College of Agriculture, the College of Basic Science & Humanities, and College of Home Science. College of Agriculture Engineering and Technology is one of the integral colleges of Punjab Agriculture University, Ludhiana, Punjab. The college was established in the year of 1964 as a provider of higher education in the field of agriculture engineering and technology. The College of Agriculture Engineering and Technology is located in Ludhiana, Punjab as a public college. 

The College of Agriculture Engineering and Technology was recognized by the University Grants Council (UGC) and affiliated with Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), Ludhiana. The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) approved courses of the College of Agriculture Engineering and Technology, Ludhiana. The college has established undergraduate and postgraduate courses and developed laboratories for providing the best higher education to the students. The College of Agriculture Engineering and Technology provides an excellent training facility in the discipline of undergraduate and postgraduate education.
