The Institute of Management Studies was established in 1998, and it also is known as IMS Noida. This is a non-profitable organization and is certified ‘A’ grade by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).

The college is united with Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. It has also collaborated with multiple foreign universities like the University of Malta, the University of Huddersfield, the University of Ulster, the Management Development Institute, Singapore, and many more.

The Infrastructure and the facilities of the college make it an atmosphere of learning and development. Experienced faculty enhances the learning and understanding of the students. Also, the institute is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and University Grants Commission (UGC).
