For B.Tech 

• The basic eligibility criteria for a Bachelor of Technology is students must have done 10+2 in the science stream (physics, chemistry, and mathematics as compulsory subjects) from a recognized education board. 
• With a minimum aggregate of 45% marks in 10+2.
• Along with that, students have to appear in the EAMCET entrance examination conducted by Andhra Pradesh. 
• The selection of the students is based on the marks scored in the EAMCET entrance examination. Students are advised to score valid marks to get admission to the college. 
• 70% of seats are filled on the based of EAMCET results and the rest 30% of seats are filled on the based of quota. 

For M.Tech 

• Students have to complete their graduation degree in a relevant stream (B.Tech) from a recognized university. 
• Also scored a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in graduation degree.
• Students have to appear in the PGECET and have to score valid marks to get admission. 
• Marks of the GATE entrance examination will also be taken into consideration during the selection procedure of the students. 
• Seats will be allotted to the students based on PGECET results and quotas.
