A common Admission Test or CAT is a national-level test conducted by Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) to assess the eligibility of students for admission into top business schools. This test consists of three sessions verbal ability and reading comprehension, logical reasoning, and data interpretation. The eligibility criteria to appear for the CAT exam is graduation with at least 50% (45% for SC/ST). Candidates can also take the CAT exam if they are in their last year of graduation.
