1) Civil Services Exam or IAS

The civil services exam formerly known as the IAS exam is administered by UPSC. It is a national-level exam conducted for recruitment to higher civil services of the government of India including IPS, IAS, IFS etc. It is held in three stages Prelims, Mains and Interview.

2) PCS 

The full form of PCS is the Provincial Civil Service Examination. It is conducted by UPPSC to recruit candidates for Group B services.
