1) NDA

NDA exam is one of the most desired defence exams conducted by the UPSC. It is aimed at selecting candidates for admission to the National Defence Academy.

Eligibility

• Candidates must have cleared their class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board with required subjects.

2) CDS

The UPSC administers the combined defense services examination (CDS) to candidates seeking recruitment in the Navy, Army, and Air Force. Candidates must be enrolled in their last year of study or hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited university in order to be eligible for the CDS tests.

3) AFCAT

The Indian Air Force administers the AFCAT Test commonly known as AFCAT. This exam is held in February and August/September for the recruitment of officers in flying, ground duty (technical) and ground duty(non-technical). 

Eligibility

• Candidates must be unmarried Indian citizens. 
• For attending the  AFCAT exam candidates are required to pass their class 12 with at least 50% marks in math & physics.
• 60% minimum marks in graduation from a recognised board. 

4) SSB

The SSB interview is a selection process conducted by IAF to evaluate potential candidates for various posts. This process is comprises of different steps such as Reporting, Screening, Psychology test, GD and final Interview.

 5) PABT

The PABT (Pilot Aptitude Battery Test) exam is conducted by the Indian Air Force for candidates aspiring to join as pilots. It is specifically designed to assess the aptitude of candidates for flying aircraft. 

6) Agniveer

Candidates who wish to enlist in the Indian Army have to clear the Agniveer test. This exam consists of 3 stages: a written exam, physical fitness exam  and medical exam. Make sure that all the eligibility requirements are met before applying.

7) 8th to 12th class
