Agriculture Entrance Exams 2024 | National Level, University Level & State Level

Agriculture Entrance Exams 2024:

Agriculture is emerging out as a famous stream among scholars for pursuing higher education. There are numerous courses offered in the agriculture field. Aspirants have numerous opportunities to pursue undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral level courses in the agriculture field. For admission in agriculture courses, scholars have to clear the Agriculture Entrance Exams organized at the national, state level and university level. Various entrance exams are conducted by universities for the admission of meritorious applicants.

It is very difficult to know the capability of each aspirant so this Agriculture Entrance exam serves as a gateway to knowing how much in-depth knowledge a candidate possesses related to his fields. Entrance exams are the passport ticket to conquer dreams and turn them into reality. In the meantime. With the right motivation and practice, these entrance exams are easy to qualify.

Agriculture National Level Entrance Exams 2024:

ICAR AIEEA:

The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) organizes the All India Entrance Examination for Admission (AIEEA) examination every year. It is a national-level exam conducted for granting admissions into UG and PG agriculture programs. The application forms will be out via online and offline mode in May month once a year. The examination will commence in June respectively.

Agriculture State Level Entrance Exams:

BCECE:

Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (BCECE) is a state-level Agriculture Entrance Exams organized by the BCECE Board every year. Through this examination, scholars can get admissions in B.Sc (Agriculture) courses offered by various colleges in Bihar state. Aspirants can fill out the application form from 7th March 2024 till 2nd April 2024. The exam is going to held on 30th April 2024. Total 30 universities participate in this exam i.e 17 for B.Tech (PCM Stream) & 13 for PCB & Agriculture stream.

JCECE:

Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) is the conducting authority that every year conducts the JCECE examination. It is a state-level examination. It is conducted for admissions into the first year of degree level professional courses in agriculture, forestry, B.V.Sc, and A.H. Homoeopathy degree courses. Aspirants can fill out the form on the 2nd week of April and the exam is tentatively scheduled for May.

KCET:

Karnataka Examination Authority organizes the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) examination. It is a state-level Agriculture Entrance Exams that will be held in April. Candidates can apply for the KCET exam from February 2024. This examination is a gateway for admissions in agriculture courses offered by different colleges and institutions in the state of Karnataka.

KEAM:

Kerala Engineering, Agriculture and Medical (KEAM) is a state-level entrance exam regulated by the Commissioner of Entrance Examination (CEE), Kerala. This examination is conducted for providing admission to students in agriculture and other courses. The application form for KEAM had been released from 3rd February 2024. The exam has been scheduled for the 22nd and 23rd of April 2024. The authority will only organize the Centralized Allotment Process (CAP) for architecture and medical & allied courses.

MP PAT:

Madhya Pradesh Pre-Agriculture Test (MP PAT) is organized by the Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board. Aspirants seeking admission into B.Sc (Agriculture), B.Sc (Forestry), B.Sc (Horticulture) & B.Tech (Agriculture Engineering) courses can apply for this course. These courses are offered by the various colleges/institutions situated in MP. The application form will be released in the 3rd week of March and MP PAT Exam has been scheduled for the 4th week of April.

OUAT:

OUAT exam is managed by the Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT). It is a state-level examination conducted for the selection of students in the UG and PG agricultural courses. These courses are offered in the field of agriculture, horticulture, animal husbandry, fishery science, veterinary science, home science, and forestry. The application form is available on the website from 20th Feb 2024 and the exam will take place on 28th April 2024.

TS EAMCET:

Telangana State Engineering Agriculture & Medical Entrance Test (TS EAMCET) is a state-level Agriculture Entrance Exam regulated by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad.

Numerous colleges of Telangana consider the TS EAMCET score for providing admissions in agriculture. The application form will be issued in March. The exam will be held on 8th & 9th May 2024.

AP EAMCET:

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada conducts the state level Agriculture Entrance Exam known as Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test (AP EAMCET). The exam will be conducted on 24th April 2024. This examination is a gateway for those scholars who are seeking admission in agriculture, engineering, pharmacy and other courses offered by various colleges of Andhra Pradesh state.

Agriculture University Level Entrance Exams:

LPU NEST:

Lovely Professional University National Eligibility and Scholarship Test (LPU NEST) is a university-level examination regulated by LPU University every year. Through this examination, students can get admissions into various agriculture, engineering and many other courses offered by LPU. LPU NEST is conducted in online mode every year and the university has created centres in more than 200 cities across India. Lovely Professional University (LPU) will commence the registration process tentatively in the first week of November 2024.

BVP CET:

Bharti Vidyapeeth Common Entrance Test (BVP CET) is a Deemed University that offers numerous UG and PG courses in the field of agriculture, law, nursing, and many others.

This Agriculture Entrance Exam is conducted once every year in offline mode (pen and paper-based mode).

SAAT:

Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University Admission Test (SAAT) is a university-level entrance test organized by Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University. This examination is organized for selecting learners for admissions in agriculture and other courses offered by SAAT and its other campuses. The exam will take place in the 1st week of May 2024.

AMU:

Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) has released the application form from 1st Feb 2024. AMU is a central university located in Aligarh. AMU Agriculture Entrance Exam is a university level examination for providing admissions into various UG and PG courses in the field of agriculture. Candidates will get admission to various courses based on their performance on the entrance test.

Allahabad University:

Allahabad University (AU) (University of Allahabad) is situated in Uttar Pradesh. This university conducts UGAT, PGAT and other examinations for providing admissions to meritorious candidates. It offers admissions into the diploma, UG, PG and other courses in the field of agriculture and many others. The application form will be released in the 3rd week of April 2024. The date of the Exam for the UGAT exam is in the last week of May to the 2nd week of June 2024 and the exam date for PGAT is the 2nd week of June 2024.
