MPPSC Prelims Admit Card

The MPPSC is recruiting 229 people for the various posts in state service and state forest service for the years 2024–2025. So, they have recently released admit cards online for the candidates appearing for the MPPSC exam. The applicants should visit the site of the MPPSC at www.mppsc.nic.in to download their admit card. The admit card should be downloaded before December 17, 2025.

How do I download my admit card for MPPSC 2025?

  1. The candidates should download the admit card using credentials such as their application number and date of birth.
  2. They should follow these steps to download their admit card online.
  3. They should first visit the official site of the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission at www.mppsc.nic.in. The direct link is https://103.36.71.56/Portal/Examinations/MPPSC.
  4. After scrolling the webpage, you can find an option for “Admit Cards, and you should click on the option that appears on the right side of the page.
  5. Then, you are redirected to a new webpage, and hence, you should choose the link button on the front side of “Admit Card: State Service and State Forest Service Examination 2025.”.
  6. A new webpage opens, and you should enter login details such as your application number and date of birth.
  7. After entering login details, enter the verification code to prove you are not a robot. Then press the login button.
  8. If you have entered details accurately, then the MPPSC Admit Card 2025 for the State Forest Service Preliminary Examination is visible on the web screen.
  9. Then download it, and then save a hard copy of the printout.

Details on the Admission Card

The candidates can view the following details on the admit card, and they should get it verified as soon as possible:

  • Full name of the candidate
  • Registration or roll number
  • Exam place and center
  • Parent’s name
  • Date and time of the exam
  • Photograph
  • The gender of the candidate
  • Candidate’s signature
  • Some important instructions must be followed by the candidates.
  • Selection Procedure

The candidates should first undergo two types of written tests, namely the preliminary examination and the main examination. If the candidates pass the written tests, then they are called for an interview. Then, after passing the interview, they should undergo a personality test.

Examination of MPPSC (Preliminary Round)

The preliminary exam for MPPSC is scheduled for December 17, and it consists of two sections, i.e. It is held online. General Studies section and General Aptitude section. The students should solve 100 objective-type questions, and each question carries 2 marks. So, the maximum score for each paper is 200. If the answer is correct, then the student scores 2 marks, and no negative markings are given for an incorrect answer.

The candidates should complete the exam in 2 hours or 120 minutes.

The main examination comprises General Studies I (3 hours), General Studies II (3 hours), General Studies III (3 hours), General Studies IV (3 hours), Hindi (3 hours), and Hindi Essay (2 hours). The General Studies I, II, and III papers are for 300 marks; the General Studies IV and Hindi papers are for 200 marks. The Hindi essay paper is for 100 marks. The MPPSC Interview comprises a personality test for 175. All the papers, except the Hindi essay, should be completed in 180 minutes.

Syllabus for Prelims

The syllabus for prelims includes topics such as the history of India and independent India, general science and environment, sports, geography, history and culture, and information and technology.

For general aptitude, the questions are regarding interpersonal skills, including communication skills, comprehension, general mental ability, basic numeracy, decision-making and problem-solving, Hindi comprehension, etc.

Syllabus for Mains

For general studies, topics such as politics, economics, the history of the Mughals, the independence movement, the Indian Renaissance, etc. For General Studies II, the applicants should prepare for topics such as the education system, the social sector, public services, or any social issues. General Science III most likely includes science and technology. The General Studies IV includes human needs, aptitude, emotional intelligence, corruption, etc.

What should the students bring on the day of examination?

  • The candidates should bring some things to the examination centre that include the following:
  • MPPSC Admit Card 2025, hard copy
  • Sanitizer and a mask to maintain hygiene
  • Photograph
  • Any ID proof issued by the government, such as DL, PAN card, driving licence, voter card bank, passport, and Aadhar card.
