The MPPSC is recruiting 229 people for the various posts in state service and state forest service for the years 2024–2025. So, they have recently released admit cards online for the candidates appearing for the MPPSC exam. The applicants should visit the site of the MPPSC at www.mppsc.nic.in to download their admit card. The admit card should be downloaded before December 17, 2025.

The candidates should first undergo two types of written tests, namely the preliminary examination and the main examination. If the candidates pass the written tests, then they are called for an interview. Then, after passing the interview, they should undergo a personality test.
The preliminary exam for MPPSC is scheduled for December 17, and it consists of two sections, i.e. It is held online. General Studies section and General Aptitude section. The students should solve 100 objective-type questions, and each question carries 2 marks. So, the maximum score for each paper is 200. If the answer is correct, then the student scores 2 marks, and no negative markings are given for an incorrect answer.
The candidates should complete the exam in 2 hours or 120 minutes.
The main examination comprises General Studies I (3 hours), General Studies II (3 hours), General Studies III (3 hours), General Studies IV (3 hours), Hindi (3 hours), and Hindi Essay (2 hours). The General Studies I, II, and III papers are for 300 marks; the General Studies IV and Hindi papers are for 200 marks. The Hindi essay paper is for 100 marks. The MPPSC Interview comprises a personality test for 175. All the papers, except the Hindi essay, should be completed in 180 minutes.
The syllabus for prelims includes topics such as the history of India and independent India, general science and environment, sports, geography, history and culture, and information and technology.
For general aptitude, the questions are regarding interpersonal skills, including communication skills, comprehension, general mental ability, basic numeracy, decision-making and problem-solving, Hindi comprehension, etc.
For general studies, topics such as politics, economics, the history of the Mughals, the independence movement, the Indian Renaissance, etc. For General Studies II, the applicants should prepare for topics such as the education system, the social sector, public services, or any social issues. General Science III most likely includes science and technology. The General Studies IV includes human needs, aptitude, emotional intelligence, corruption, etc.
