Qualification
Junior Assistant
He or she should be a graduate of any recognized university in India. The typing speed on a computer in Hindi should be a minimum of 25 WPM.
Stenographer
The candidate should be a graduate from any recognized university in any stream in India. The minimum speed of stenography in Hindi should be 80 words per minute. The minimum expected speed of typing in Hindi on a computer is 25 words per minute. The candidates should possess a minimum speed of 35 words per minute in English.
Age Limit
The candidate should be at least 21 years old and should not exceed 35 years old. Relaxation is provided to candidates belonging to the special category.
Other Requirements
He or she should be an Indian citizen. The applicants should be physically and medically fit. The candidates should be aware of both the English and Hindi languages. They should have basic knowledge of computers.
Application fees
The application fee for candidates belonging to the general category is Rs. 1000. The EWS candidates should pay Rs. 500 as an application fee. The SC and ST candidates should pay Rs. 500 as application fees. The payment should be made online through a credit card, debit card, net banking, e-challan, etc.
Selection process
The candidates should undergo the following tests to be selected for the posts:
Written Test
The candidates should answer objective-type questions for 140 marks and take a typing exam for 60 marks. The examination consists of two papers, namely general knowledge and general awareness.
