The Union Public Service Commission, commonly denoted as UPSC, is India's prominent central recruitment agency for recruitment of all the Group 'A' officers under the Government of India. It is accountable for appointments to and examinations for the Group 'A' posts of various central government establishments which also involves the central public sector undertakings and the central autonomous bodies.

The UPSC has released a notification regarding the application form for NDA 1 2025. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online via the official website of the UPSC - https://upsc.gov.in/

  • Find the registration link and register yourself as new candidate
  • After successful registration, you will receive the login details on your registered mobile number
  • Login using the received information
  • Start filling up the application form by carefully providing all the essential details accurately
  • Upload the scanned copies of the documents in the suggested format
  • Pay the application fees (if applicable)
  • Preview the information submitted
  • Submit the form

Eligibility criteria

Candidates must check out the eligibility criteria before applying for NDA 1 2025. They must check and confirm that they fit into the eligibility requirements. More details are mentioned below:

Educational qualification

  • Candidates must have completed 10+2 from a recognized board

  • Candidates appearing for Air Force, Navy, and Naval Academy of National Defence Academy must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Maths in Class 12.

Age limit

NDA 1 2025 age limit is only for unmarried male/female candidates who are not born earlier than July 2, 2005, and not later than July 1, 2008.

Syllabus

UPSC NDA 1 2025 syllabus includes subjects Mathematics and GAT. However, there are various sub topics under these subjects which has been discussed below:

Questions from General Knowledge - Physics, Chemistry, Social Studies, General Science, Geography, and Current Events.

Points to remember:

  • Duration of each paper is 2.5 hrs 
  • Each question will carry 2.5 marks in Mathematics paper
  • Each question will carry 4 marks in GAT paper

Admit card

According to the official notification, the NDA 1 2025 will be available for download via UPSC’s official website. Candidates who will finish their NDA 1 2025 Online Application Process can download the admit card once declared on the website.

In other words, your admit card will be displayed on the website only if you have successfully and correctly filled and submitted the online application form. NDA 1 2025 admit card will be announced by the exam conducting authority.

Carrying the NDA 1 2025 admit card is important for all the applying aspirants to appear in the exam. Candidates will not be permitted entry in the examination without the Admit Card. The exam conducting authority will announce the Admit card before the date of examination.

Steps to download the admit card:

  • Visit the official website of the exam conducting authority ie. https://upsc.gov.in/  
  • Next, explore the website's homepage. There, you will find a section with the most latest notifications appearing.
  • Find the notification that is appearing like "Download NDA 1 2025 Admit Card 2025"
  • Then, you will be required to log in using the entered credentials. 
  • After finishing the necessary field, click on the submit button.
  • Now, your NDA 1 2025 Admit card will display on your screen, you have to download the admit card.
  • After downloading your admit card, keep one or two copies of the admit card.

Answer Key

Any state or national level examination answer key is notified after the examination. The answer key is announced for the candidates after the exam to give them a gist of what to expect from their marks. The answer key for every subject will be declared independently.

The answer key will be declared on the official website after the examination. The candidates will be able to trace their marks and get an accurate response with the help of this. The candidates will be given the option to lift objections if they find any query.

  • Click on the ‘Answer Key’ notification
  • Login through your submitted details
  • Your paper's answer key will appear on the screen.
