The UPPSC has released a notification about UPPSC APS Recruitment 2025 against adv. no. A-5/E-1/2025 on its site, www.uppsc.nic.in. The APS is mainly responsible for liaisoning, drafting, and reporting; administrative work; documentation; and support tasks. They are recruiting 328 candidates for the post. The candidates who are interested should undergo the online registration process on September 19, 2025. Eligibility Criteria
Educational Requirements
The candidate should be a graduate of a recognized university. The minimum typing speed should be 80 words per minute in Hindi shorthand and 25 words per minute in Hindi typewriting.
Also, the candidate should possess knowledge of computers. They should possess a certificate course in computing (CCC) conducted by the DOEACC society. Otherwise, they should study a course recognized by the government. They should have otherwise studied a course conducted by the Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Uttar Pradesh.
The UPPSC APS exam is divided into three distinct stages:
The candidates should write three papers, and the time limit for each hour is:
Stage 1
Paper 1 consists of three subjects, namely general knowledge, Hindi, and computer knowledge, and each paper has 50 marks consisting of 50 questions. The candidates should complete the test in 60 minutes.
Stage 2
It consists of two subjects, namely Hindi shorthand and Hindi typewriting. The Hindi shorthand is 75 marks, and the Hindi typewriting is 25 marks. The students should complete the test in 90 minutes.
Stage 3
The candidates should undergo a computer-based practical examination of 50 marks. The duration of the test is 1 hour.
Then, you can download an online form. On this form, you should fill in the required details. The application form should be sent by speed post or hand post through UPPSC before the prescribed date. The documents should be self-attested by a Gazette officer.
Along with the form, you should send the required documents before the prescribed date. The documents required for UPPSC APS recruitment are ID proof, basic details, and address details. You should also send a photo and a document containing your signature.
