The Tamil Nadu Co-operative Society has announced the recruitment of 2,345 candidates for the posts of junior assistant, clerk, supervisor, and cashier for different Tamil Nadu Co-operative banks. The eligible candidates should visit the TN District Recruitment Bureau (DRB) website to apply for the following posts at each corresponding bank. The District Recruitment Bureau is recruiting 2,345 people for the posts of assistant and clerk in 38 Tamil Nadu co-operative societies.
The candidates should apply for the following posts online, and the last date of application for the posts is December 1, 2025.
To apply for the posts, you should be a graduate from a recognized university and should also possess additional qualifications for different types of posts. They should have imparted cooperative training.
The minimum age the candidate should possess is 18 years, and the maximum age of the candidate as of July 1, 2025 is 32 years. Upper-age relaxation is provided to candidates belonging to reserved categories. Any candidate applying for the post of assistant should download the notification brochure of the district cooperative institution to check the details of the vacancy.
The upper age limit for candidates who are ex-servicemen or belong to other classes is 50 years. The maximum age for differently abled candidates in other classes is 42 years. No upper age limit is prescribed for candidates who belong to Adi Dravidas, backward classes, or ex-servicemen belonging to different classes.

For the topic of cooperative management, the students should learn topics such as co-operative management, co-operative movement abroad, co-operative administration, law, co-operative movement, and the evolution and implementation of cooperatives after the New Economic Policy.
The topics that are covered for co-operative accounting are co-operative accounting, commerce, cooperative audit, final accounts, and double entry systems. General studies include topics such as history, Indian history, Indian economy, physics, current affairs, technology, honours and awards, general science, or any general topics.
The MiS and computer applications include topics such as Microsoft Word, IT-enabled services, producing the slide show and spread sheet, using the design template, etc. The candidates should study topics like constitution and human rights, current issues at the state level, current issues at the national level, socio-economic issues in India, etc. in Tamil.
