The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission has announced the JSSC JTPTCCE Recruitment 2025. A notification was sent on July 21, 2025, for the Jharkhand Trained Primary Teacher Joint Competitive Exam. Interested candidates should acquire information about eligibility criteria online.
For the post of primary teacher, 26001 candidates are to be recruited. Candidates who are interested in applying can apply from August 16, 2025, to September 15, 2025. They can also acquire information online about the selection procedure, pay scale, age, etc. The examination is conducted to recruit teachers from grades 1 to 5 in government schools in Jharkhand.

For the post of trained assistant teacher, the candidate should be 10+2 with a two-year diploma in elementary education. Or the candidate should have 10 + 2 with a minimum of 45% marks and a two-year diploma in elementary education as per the NCTE norms. Even graduates with a two-year diploma in primary education (BTC or DELED) Otherwise, the candidate should possess the qualification of Teacher Eligibility Test Education.
For the post of a Graduate Trained Assistant Teacher from classes 6 to 8 as a language teacher or a teacher in core subjects such as science, mathematics, or social studies, the candidate should be a graduate in the relevant field with a 2-year diploma in education or BTC/DELED. OR should possess a bachelor’s degree with 50% marks or a 1-year B.Ed. Or else, the candidate should score 45% and complete a 1-year B.Ed. degree. Or, the candidate should score a minimum of 50% in 10+2 intermediate and complete a 4-year BAed or B. ScED degree. The candidate may also complete graduation with 50% marks with a B.Ed. (Special) or pass the Jharkhand Teacher Eligibility Test, Classes 6 to 8.
The following is the pattern of examination 2025, which includes information about marks for each section and the marking scheme details for the examination.
The examination consists of three papers: Paper 1, Paper 2, and Paper 3. The maximum marks for Papers 1 and 2 are 100. Paper 3 is worth 200 marks. The students should complete Paper 1 and Paper 2 in 2 hours, and Paper 3 should be completed in 3 hours.
