About ESIC

The Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) conducts exams for the recruitment of candidates for the post of Stenographer, Assistant Professor, Junior Residents, Physician, Dental Surgeon, Upper Division Clerk, etc. The ESIC exam is a National level exam and only Indian citizens can apply for the ESIC posts. The minimum age for ESIC application is 18 years and the maximum age limit is 30 years.

The ESIC recruitment process is conducted in 3 stages- Prelims(Phase I), Mains(Phase II), and Skill Test. Candidates have to qualify for each stage of the exam to pass on to the next stage. Both the Prelims and the Mains exam are qualifying in nature and the final selection of the candidates will be based on the score obtained in the Mains Test. Selected candidates have to appear for the Computer skill test and the final list of candidates will be displayed in the Merit list on the official website.

  • Visit the official website of the ESIC.
  • Click the Admit Card notification link on the homepage.
  • Now select the “Forgot User ID” option present on the page.
  • Enter your registration number and mobile number on the redirected page.
  • Click the enter button.
  • Your User ID will be sent to you on your registered email.
  • You can now download the ESIC Hall Ticket by entering the login credentials.
  • Note down the user ID and password for future reference.

Important Points of ESIC UDC Admit Card Download

  • ESIC Hall Ticket 2024 will be released 15 days before the exam.

Instructions Printed on ESIC Admit Card 2024

  • Candidates must carry a passport-size photograph along with the Admit Card. It is mandatory to affix the photograph on the ESIC Hall Ticket in presence of the invigilator.
  • It is mandatory for the candidates to carry a photo identity proof with them to the exam hall for verification. The photo ID document may be any of the following: Driving license/Pan Card/Voter Card/Aadhar Card/Passport/University ID Card.
  • Candidates must reach the exam center at least one hour before the exams.
  • All kinds of electronic devices including cell phones are barred from the exam hall. The ESIC authorities strictly prohibit the presence of any electronic items (switched on/switched off)during the exam duration and any violation will lead to disqualification of the candidate.
