Basic registration status uploaded on the official website of AIIMS. The All India Institutes of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has announced the basic registration status for the 2024 MBBS entrance exam on their official website, aiimsexams.org . The candidates who have submitted the basic registration forms(in the last month) can now check if their basic registration has been accepted or rejected by the medical institution. The candidates whose registration application has been accepted have to wait until the second stage of registration begins. All those candidates whose basic registration application has been rejected have to correct their application and resubmit it till January 22, 2024.

Additionally, the final status for the basic registration of AIIMS MBBS 2024 will be displayed on January 25, 2024, by the institute. Candidates can recheck the final status of the application on the official site to know whether their corrected application has been accepted or rejected. Candidates whose basic registration application gets rejected will not be able to appear for AIIMS MBBS 2024.

As announced by AIIMS, only those candidates whose Basic Registration is accepted will be eligible to complete Final Registration for AIIMS- B.Sc.(H) Nursing/B.Sc. Nursing(Post-Basic)/B.Sc.(Paramedical Courses)-2024 entrance exam.

Previously, the final registration process was going to begin on January 29, which is now postponed and will finally begin on February 21. Reportedly, the final registration process will continue till March 12.

AIIMS MBBS entrance exam will be conducted on dates May 25 and May 26. Candidates who have cleared the basic registration may download their admit cards from May 15 onwards.

Step 1: Visit the official website of AIIMS at aiimsrxams.org.

Step 2: Click on the link to check AIIMS MBBS 2024 basic registration status.

Step 3: Now, fill up the necessary details under the 'Applicant Login Zone' section. The candidate has to enter the Registration ID, a password followed by a Captcha image.

Step 4: Click the Login button to access the page showing the basic registration status. You have the option to correct the missing or incorrect fields if the application has been rejected.

The candidates who will qualify for the AIIMS MBBS Exam will be provided admission in the MBBS program at the 9 AIIMS institutions in India: AIIMS, New Delhi, Patna, Bhopal, Jodhpur, Bhubaneshwar, Rishikesh, Raipur, Guntur (Andhra Pradesh) and Nagpur (Maharashtra).
