Eligibility for Various Posts

Candidates applying for the posts of Assistant Administrative Officer and Office Assistant should be graduates in any stream from a recognised university. For the post of junior warden, the candidate should be a graduate in any stream with 2 years of experience.

If you are applying for the post of hospital attendant in Grade III, then you should have passed the 10th Matric exam and hold a certificate in hospital services.

The qualification required for the posts of Librarian Grade I and Librarian Grade III is a Bachelor Degree in Library Science or a B.Sc. degree. But the candidate applying for Grade I should possess 5 years of experience, and the minimum age requirement for the Grade III post is 2 years.

To become a Medical Social Worker in AIIMS, you should possess a MA Degree (Social Worker) or MSW with 5 years of experience.

For the post of Junior Accounts Officer, the candidate should be a graduate in commerce with two years' experience.

If you are applying for the post of Technical Assistant or Technician, then you should possess a B.Sc. degree in Medical Lab Technology along with 5 years' experience or a diploma in Medical Lab Technology with 8 years of work experience.

For the post of hostel warden, you should possess a bachelor’s degree in any stream with a diploma. Otherwise, you should complete a certificate course in housekeeping, material management, PR, or estate management.

To become a storekeeper, you should possess a bachelor’s degree in any stream or a diploma in material management. You should otherwise complete a bachelor’s degree in material management with 3 years of experience.

If you are applying for the post of junior engineer in the fields of civil, electrical, and A/C and R, you should complete a B.E. or B.Tech. degree in the respective field. Otherwise, you should complete a diploma in your respective field and possess five years of work experience.

For the post of lab technician, you should have a 10 + 2 from any recognised board in India along with a diploma in medical lab technology.

To apply for the post of pharmacist in Grade II, you should complete a diploma in pharmacy with registration with the council.

For the post of cashier, the candidate should be a commerce graduate with two years of work experience.

A candidate should pass a 10+2 (intermediate) science exam from any recognised board in India with a diploma in medical lab technology.

Age Criteria for the Post

Minimum age limit

• The minimum age required for the above posts except hospital attendant Grades III and II, medical social worker, technical assistant, hostel warden, storekeeper, and junior warden is 21.
• The minimum age limit for hospital attendants in grade III, medical social workers, storekeepers, and lab attendants in grade II is 18 years.
• For hostel wardens and junior wardens, the minimum age limit is 30. For the post of technical assistant, the minimum age limit is 25 years.

Maximum age limit

• The maximum age limit is 30 for the post of hospital attendant grade IIII, administrative officer assistant, junior accounts officer, librarian grade III, office assistant, junior engineer, lab technician, cashier,
• The age limit is 35 for the posts of librarian, grade I, medical social worker, technical assistant, and storekeeper. The upper age limit is 27 for the post of pharmacist grade II, lab attendant grade. For the posts of hostel warden and junior warden, the upper age limit is 45.
