Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) announced the result of the UPSC CDS (I) Recruitment exam in April 2025. According to the official notice, the UPSC CDS 1 Result 2025 will be issued for the written exam which was conducted in February 2025. About 7953+ aspirants have qualified for the recruitment examination and will have to appear in the Personal Interview session. The original certificates of the passed candidates need to be submitted within two weeks after completion of the SSB Interview Round and before 13th November 2025 for AFA and prior to 01st January 2025 for IMA and for providing admission to NA (1st April 2025, only in case of SSC). All those candidates must not send the original certificates to the Union Public Service Commission.

All the successful candidates who have registered themselves for SSB have to face the next round. The candidates who’ll succeed in qualifying for the SSB Round will have to take the medical entrance test after which the UPSC will release the final merit list of the candidates on the basis of marks obtained by them in the written exam and SSB Interview. Then, the recommended candidates will be able to check out the secured marks achieved in the written exam and SSB Interview.

UPSC conducts the CDS Exam twice every year and this year, the recruitment was released just to fulfill the 417 job vacancies for UPSC CDS 1 Exam 2025 exam.
