RPSC Assistant Professor Notification Is Out.  The Rajasthan Sanskrit Education Department has posted 200 assistant professor vacancies. Candidates can apply between January 22nd and February 21st, 2025. The recruitment is also happening for 1913 openings in 48 courses, with Paper I and Paper II tests for optional subjects taking place between March 17th and June 2nd, 2025.

RPSC Application Process

Mentioned below are a set of instructions that needs to be followed while applying for RPSC recruitment. Interested candidates can check out the below given process to apply for this particular post: 

• To apply for RPSC recruitment, candidates need to go to their official website at https://rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in/. Then, select the Apply Online option from the drop-down menu.
• Soon after that, candidates will be sent to a new page titled RPSC Application Portal Selection.
• They must then click the New Application Portal button located at the bottom of the page.
• They'll be led to the Online Application Portal.
• Candidates must register and generate their SSO IDs.
• Once done, they will be offered three alternatives for registration: Jan Aadhaar, Bhamashah, and Google. Candidates need to choose wisely.
• Then, they need to follow the directions given on the screen and select the necessary alternatives.
• If applicants are checking using Google, they must select their email address from the list (if they have several Gmail addresses). They have to input their password.
• The Gateway will check the email address and then provide a link on the screen. When the candidates click the link, they will discover their SSO ID has been created.
• They then need to enter their password and phone number and click the Register button.
• A pop-up will display on their screen, stating that their registration was successful and providing them with their new SSO ID.
• They must now use the SSO ID and password to get into their accounts.
• Candidates need to fill in all of the data in the Application Form in the appropriate boxes.
• Upload all essential documents.
• Upload their photo and signature.
• Lastly, candidates would be required to pay their online application fees by using either online banking or a credit card/debit card.

Eligibility Criteria:

The eligibility criteria that one should keep in mind while applying for this post are mentioned below. Interested candidates can go through these mentioned criteria in order to be eligible for this post:

Educational Qualifications

• Candidates must have a master’s degree in these areas, i.e., in Hindi, English, Political Science, History, or any other relevant areas related to it, along with a NET/SET certificate.
• Samanya Sanskrit, Sahitya, Vyakaran, Dharmasastra, Jyotish Ganit, Yajurveda, Jyotish Falit, Rigved, Samanya Darshan, Bhasha Vigyan, and Yoga Vigyan -  candidates must possess an Acharya Degree with 55% aggregate in any of these areas, along with the completion of  SET/NET.

Age Limit

To apply for the Assistant Professor post, applicants must be between the ages of 21 and 40 as of January 1, 2025, with a 5-year upper age relaxation for OBC, SC, ST, EWS, and females.
