For the years 2024-2024, the Univerisity of Delhi has recently released its academic calendar. This includes various MA and BA courses like Hidnu studies. DU Eligibility Criteria

For the BA programs candidates need to complete their high school and for the high school it is important for them to complete a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university as well as in a relevant field.

If you are waiting for your final year results then also you can apply for the PG courses at Delhi University. Here are the detailed eligibility criteria have a look at the below points.

Candidates must have completed their high school for the bachelor’s program and the post-graduation program they need to complete a relevant bachelor’s degree from a verified university. 

  • There is a minimum percentage that is required to enter in the Delhi University. This totally depends on the programs and generally, all this information is mentioned in the DU admission notification. 
  • DU can accept the results of the CUET entrance exam. This is important for all the candidates to qualify for the CUET exam for entrance. There might be chances that DU has some minimum marks to appear in the entrance test you can check it on the DU's Official Website
  • For the reserved category (SC/ST/OBC)  in terms of minimum percentage requirement, they have some relaxation.
  • For the NRIs and Foreign Nationals, there might be some different eligibility criteria. As they need to provide some extra documents including passport, visa details, etc.

Registration

  • For the registration process, candidates need to create their profile and required to generate an ID and password.
  • You need to fill out all the credentials correctly so, that it can be used in the application log.

Fill out the Application Form

  • After registering yourself fill out your personal and academic details.
  • This would be the second stage of the admission [process where you need to provide all the academic qualifications including a 10+2 mark sheet, identity proofs, best of four marks, and certificates.

Required documents

Here are the some of important documents that a candidate needs to provide while filling out the application forms. You must get all the documents ready and prepare yourself beforehand.

Recent passport-size photo

  • Image of candidate’s signature.
  • Marksheet of 10th, 12th or bachelor's along with the transfer certificate, migration certificate, cast certificate, and OMR form of university registration. 
  • Candidates applying from the reserved category need to submit a self-attested copy of the reserved category certificate.

Submission of the fee

  • The fee structure is different varying to the different UG and PG courses.
  • After clicking on the submitting button it is not possible to change or cancel the process.

Download the confirmation slip

It is required for all the candidates to download the confirmation fees which have the number and required information of your course. And could be used at the time of classes.
