Masters of Management Studies is a two- year full-time postgraduate course pursued after Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS). As the name implies, MMS course focuses on the domain of management studies. Basically, it is a management education program. Master of Management Studies program provides a deep insight into the core of management and in specialized subjects. Specializations are generally offered in areas of finance, marketing, human resources, operations etc.

The program is much comparable to other professional management courses like Masters of Business Administration (MBA) or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM). MMS comprises of four semesters over a period of two years. The first year consists of 2 semesters which is designed for understanding the basic principles of business and the second year emphasizes on the core as well as special subjects such as human resources, accounting, business law, organizational behaviour and marketing.

The professional course helps the candidate to gain adequate skills in supervision and control the business activities and to handle employees at the same time.
