1) Law Entrance

Students who are aspiring to get admission into law schools have to take entrance examinations such as CLAT and AILET.

Common Law Admission Test commonly known as CLAT is a national-level examination. It is conducted by NLUs for admission into a 5-year integrated program.

Eligibility

Candidates must have passed their 12th class with a minimum of 45% marks(minimum 40% marks for SC/ST category).

All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) is a national-level exam conducted by the National Law University. AILET exam is taken by aspirants who want to get admission to undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD level law courses.

Eligibility

2) Judiciary Entrance

Judiciary exams are conducted by UPSC to recruit civil judges and magistrates. Candidates have to appear for the entrance examination by respective states to get appointed as a member of the subordinate judiciary.

Eligibility

The candidate must be a citizen of India.
The candidate's age must be between 22-35 years.
Candidate must have an LLB or equivalent degree with a minimum of 45% marks recognised by Bar Council India.
